MGID is proud to have been a key contractor in the successful conversion of The Page Building, located in the heart of Burton City Center, into 56 high-end ,1 and 2 bedroom residential apartments. This development transforms the existing structure into modern, luxurious living spaces that cater to both young professionals and families looking for contemporary urban living.

Our team was responsible for delivering comprehensive internal drylining solutions, which included:

Internal Partition Wall Linings. Installation of durable and sound-insulating wall linings to define the internal layout and create private, functional living space.
MF Ceiling Systems. Implementation of metal furring (MF) ceilings, providing a sleek and modern finish while concealing essential services and offering acoustic benefits.
Lay-in Grid Ceilings. Design and installation of grid ceilings systems that allow for ease access to mechanical and electrical installations while maintaining a clean aesthetic.
Insulation. Installation of high-quality insulation materials to enhance energy efficiency, soundproofing, and comfort throughout the apartments.
Boarding. Precise boarding work to ensure smooth and robust wall surfaces, ready for final finishes.

MGID Builders LTD is pleased to have been awarded the contract for all internal drylining works for the Mayfield Road residential development, which consists of 22 newly constructed apartments. Our scope of work includes comprehensive internal wall linings, boarding, fire protection to beam encasements, insulation, lay-in grid and MF ceilings metal systems.

Additionally, our team delivered high-quality plastering and tape & joint services to ensure a flawless finish throughout the apartments. St Georges Mansions

Originally known as St. Georges`s Asylum, this distinguished Grade II listed building has been meticulously and sensitively restored, now emerging as St, George`s Mansions - a collection of 102 luxurious residences comprising one, two and three-bedroom homes. This transformation preserves the historical integrity of structure while seamlessly integrating modern comfort and elegance.

MGID is honoured to have contributed to this project, providing comprehensive internal dry lining services to the highest standards.Our scope of work included the installation of internal partitions, Mf suspended and lay-in grid ceilings, as well as the application of independent wall linings and insulation to enhance both thermal efficiency and acoustic performance. Our skilled team also undertook detailed plastering finishing, ensuring each surface met the refined aesthetic required for such a landmark development.

Our scope of work encompassed the installation of all internal dry lining, including the creation of partitions and wall linings, which were essential for achieving the desired layout and acoustic performance. Kendall Cottage represents the construction of a luxury five-bedroom residence in Solihull, epitomising high-end craftsmanship and attention to detail. MGID was privileged to contribute to this prestigious project, executing a range of high-specification features that distinguish the property as a truly exceptional home.

Our work included the installation of seamless shadow bead skirting, which provides a clean, modern aesthetic, as well as the creation of flush plastered finish door linings for a sleek, integrated look. We also crafted hidden blind boxes with a flush plaster finish, ensuring that all elements of the home`s design remained cohesive and unobtrusive. In addition, we delivered intricate feature ceilings, feature walls, and bespoke feature fireplace, all of which contribute to the luxurious atmosphere of the property. Formerly known as Madeley Workhouse, the site now known as The Beeches features Grade II listed buildings undergoing a careful restoration to create 36 luxury residences. MGID is privileged to be involved in this historic redevelopment, which honours the building`s rich heritage while delivering high-end living spaces.

The project is organised into six distinct phases, with MGID tasked with all internal partition and ceiling installations, as well as plastering and external rendering. This project represents our first collaboration with SSF Construction, with several further contracts already confirmed and currently underway, highlighting the strength of our new partnership.

MGID has been commissioned to undertake all internal construction works, including dry lining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, and plastering.
