Originally known as St. Georges`s Asylum, this distinguished Grade II listed building has been meticulously and sensitively restored, now emerging as St, George`s Mansions - a collection of 102 luxurious residences comprising one, two and three-bedroom homes. This transformation preserves the historical integrity of structure while seamlessly integrating modern comfort and elegance.
MGID is honoured to have contributed to this project, providing comprehensive internal dry lining services to the highest standards.Our scope of work included the installation of internal partitions, Mf suspended and lay-in grid ceilings, as well as the application of independent wall linings and insulation to enhance both thermal efficiency and acoustic performance. Our skilled team also undertook detailed plastering finishing, ensuring each surface met the refined aesthetic required for such a landmark development.
